My Services

Anxiety, worry, and stress are universal experiences. In fact, these emotions are necessary at times and have contributed to the survival of the human race (running away from a lion requires some degree of anxiety, after all!). However, when these emotions disrupt our lives and no longer serve our best interest, it may be time to consider finding help to develop ways of managing stress. I utilize different therapy modalities, based on the needs of the client. This may include aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thought patterns or Polyvagal Theory to improve emotional regulation.
